Vick, dickerson, payton wilson.  Hill is only better if you use the token on dickerson, which I would. So go hill I guess.

Honestly I swapped my Dickerson with Stevenson and have not noticed a difference, so I would recommend getting one of the 92 ovr backs and just upgrading them so you can use the ROH token Vick. Vick with the ROH token gets Fearless, MT, GS, SFL, and Truzz for 5 ap. 

Best budget MLB honestly depends on your budget, if you have less then 200k, it's Mailata, if you have 500k its Ray, and if you have 950k it's Bo GT.
