Help Please with Abilities

So been grinding the House Rules and I am lucky to win two or three games a day and I play until I get 566 points each day which is taking a lot of time.  I am not great at H2H and I use either a LE or RE and click on players during a throw. My attention span is not great so I stay away from MLB, SS, and FS players as I would get lost.  I tend to run out of the 4-3, Nickle, and sometimes Dollar out of the Colts Playbook.  Offense I run a lot more now since everyone was using Flash I finally just picked him up and he is a beast with the abilities even though I am not that good with schemes. I tend to use coach suggestions on offense a lot which I am sure is a big NO NO. Passing I am more of a safe passer. 5 yards and under maybe once in a while I can hit a down the field target but I am no Jeff George.  

This is my lineup and the ap I have on players at the moment. Anything I should change or even player / lineup change please let me know.

If you are dead set on keeping the colts TT, then there’s not much else to suggest, you have 1 cheat spot to work with. However, if you would like, I could build you a non theme team Lineup within your budget. LMK what works for you

Thanks for the in-depth breakdown.

I'd say for Offense, you're fine, but I'd try Protected on Richardson if you have the AP. I would recommend Fearless 9/10 times but since Richardson doesn’t get it, I'd try Protected

For Defense, I'd try to use more KO's instead of Acrobat (whether Man or Zone KO's) like Deep Route KO and Deep Out Zone KO
