So i have this 93 Dandre swift, and when i got it from a back it came with abilities. some of them are 0 ap and some are 1 ap. I want to activate the 0 ap ones but i first need to remove the 1 ap abilities. but im not able to. does anyone know why this might be or have a solution

No, you are unable to remove the abilities on that card. Unfortunately some cards have abilities baked in that cannot be removed that deandre swift is one of them if it's the renegade version.

This. All of those 93 and 96 (I believe) Mission MUT Renegade players have baked-on abilities that are an all-or-nothing kind of deal.
