With 670K I would probably target UL upgrades for RE and CB

RE Dwight Freeney is around 350K and is a beast with the 1AP DoN and ETE combo

And you can't go wrong with either CB Blount or Tillman both between 300-350K.

If you wait until tomorrow, you can probably build these cheaper or snipe them since the new ULs coming out will have people selling the older ULs and set pieces for cheaper.
