Just getting back into madden

I've just started getting caught up since i took a break during football season since i didnt have time, and ive got a few questions.

1. What is the best QB I can get for 125k and under? 

2. What abilities are must-haves

3. what solos and field passes should I prioritize

For 125k and under I might be leaning toward the old Famous Jameis because of his Bazooka X-Factor

I havent been on in a hot minute either tho so I cant answer the other two

Gift wrapped 

I would try to get Mike Vick with gift wrapped 

legend solos for free card comp and normal field pass.

looking at vick hes definetly better than moon but ive only got 250k in the bank to spread around so i think im gonna go with moon. thoughts on him?
