Just started, looking for easy/essential upgrades

I just started over the weekend, and with some pack luck I was able to get a pretty solid foundation of a team.  Are there any solos/missions I may have missed that give good rewards to add to my team?  I am going to be focusing on having an offense to take to squads and then just a cheap defense that will be sufficient for solos and house rules type things.

Sell who you need to so u can buff center, that dude is gonna get knocked on his ass when the rough gets going lol

Sell Fitz magic and all your backups over 88 and any back 83-87 quick sell for training and do TVP you will make some bank and be able to buy and upgrade other positions
