You can get a 97 OVR LT for 85k or 96 OVR for 60k (PS prices): https://www.mut.gg/players/?market=4&price__lte=85000&positions=6

Similiarly FB a 96 OVR for 65k or 95 OVR for 50: https://www.mut.gg/players/?market=4&price__lte=85000&positions=3

Only checked players/positions where your starters are below 90.
