My best team - I like to tinker - Suggest changes.

Hello All,

I have had the same linup for a while now. Added Hunter Team Diamond but am not even using him. 

I run Lions offesnse and like to run pass 50/50

Defense is Alt 4-6 with set ups for 4-6, Nickel, Big Nickel and a little dollor. I mostly play Zone and have Many deep outs with acrobat, mid zone kos with acro. 

I look but I dont find anyone I consider better and I am asking whomever looks at this if I am missing someone to try.

Hey man, I'd say your team is nearly as good as it gets, but I've got few minor recommendations for you!

First, I would swap out either Diggs or Jefferson for 98 Gamechanger CeeDee. (Moss and CeeDee are the only receivers able to equip 2 free abilities at once)

Secondly, I'd sell Kittle and Shultz  in order to pickup 99 ROH Tony G (Tony and Mark Andrews are the only 2  players able to equip 2 free abilities at the same time)

The final recommendation I'd give you, would be to sell your right tackle, and pickup TOTY Trent Williams to run OOP. (Trent and Madden are the only 2 players able to equip Secure protector for 0AP)

Love the insight. 

1st - I tried Ceedee for 8-10 H2H games and maybe I am biased to the Vikings guys as I am a vikings fan. You are correct about the Abilities as they are huge in this game, his discounts are great. With 45 out of 50 Vikings TT I do get a nice bump for my guys. I was even thinking of trying Jennings as he was a viking as well. Also, if I lose a WR I will not be able to get 45/50. I am definitly okay with 40/50 but like the ACC for when the easter strat gets nerfed. 

2nd - Kittle is BND and I chose him because I love the way he plays, TMI - Schultz is my last name.. But I have looked at Tony G's prices every day for a week now because of his abilities and RBK. I was thinking Tony G at 2 and Kittle at 3 for RBK. I will now probably wait until Sunday for his price to see if the is in fact a ROH egg. 

3rd - Is Secure that much better than edge when Ferir is that much better at pass blocking and just about as good as a run blocker? Asking your opinion because I have not tried it yet. Well I use it on Madden at LT and it does make a difference but he has the Blocking numbers across the board. 

Thanks for responding. I will probably give Ceedee a shot for the next few days. Coins arent an issue really and I love to tinker. I'd rather adjust my lineup and play 3 games before adjusting again then play 8 games in one night.

Yeah, maybe give CeeDee another shot but after hearing your explanation, I'd probably value the 1+ Accel for ALL your Vikings players, rather than adding CeeDee for his  1 extra free ability.

On the topic of tight ends, I've been in the same boat as you. I've been constantly monitoring ROH Tony G's price since he was released, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.(Hopefully the 99 ROH is indeed in one of the eggs to bring the price down) Hard to justify spending that much when 98 Gronk is a machine too. 

For tackles, I personally run Madden and Williams and they have been awesome for me. But after comparing Frere and Trent, you are right, Frere seems better in just about every way besides run blocking. With this being said, Secure Protector is an overall better ability than Edge protector as it procs in the run, and passing game (and getting it for free is icing on the cake)

For me, I'd say that if you pass more than you run the ball, Frere is perfectly fine. On the other hand, if you find yourself running the ball more than you pass, I'd consider picking Williams up for his 0AP SP ability.

I’ll probably try Ceedee tomorrow after the SR 2 reveals. So I don’t pay too much. And Trent, I like to tinker and it will be fun. I will actually buy Cedee tonight after my second drink lmao.
