What should I change on my defense and what abilities should I run, I run nickel over/g dollar 2-3 and nickel 3-3. Also what abilities should I run.

Seems like it should be fine. 

I run Uni Cov on my safeties and cb1. Edge threat on my ends, inside stuff on my DT and then either MRKO or DZKO depending on who gets what discounted abilites. I also have a lurker on Hendricks because why not.
