I have used Chase Young, Reggie White, and Chandler Jones. I also had William Perry at one point (didnt expect much pass rush from him). I’ll manage 1 coverage sack a game and neither DE can contain QBs.
*any other lineup advice will be appreciated bc there happens to be a party in my backfield every play
If you opponent is a glitchy gap shooter, do a play with RB and FB to help stop it. (got this idea from QuandariousDingle) Maybe try out Billy Johnson for another DT to help? He can pass rush, contain, and cover

Pretty much what he said
- if you are looking to do gap blitzes too and are on old gen, try out Over Storm Brave, pinched. I rush with my sublb and get sacks and tfl’s 20-30% of the time
Your lineup looks pretty good to me.
On offense:
Try to recognize formations, if they have 5 guys on the DL and their Sublb is coming up the middle you have to get rid of the ball fast. Throw to the RB if needed, block the RB if they are trying to loop around. A lot of defenses are sending 6 rushers to get in the backfield fast so you might have to call plays with the TE on the line and block the TE to pickup the 6th rusher. It also helps if you can find a couple successful run plays to keep them from sending the house on every down.
On Defense:
It’s been hard for me to get organic pressure/consistant pass rush without sending blitzes and the crossers seem to beat my Man Coverage. I try to mix in some DB blitzes and user them to get a couple sacks.
I would say I typically have 3-4 sacks a game on defense and 2-3 sacks against my offense.
Also if the QB is running on you just Spy your DT, Mean Joe does really well with this. When the QB gets outside the pocket release the Spy and he will go after the QB. Most QB’s aren’t going to get more than 2-3 yds with this method.
