Need some help advice for my lineup

You will want to build Herbert or Vick if you go that route because for Herbert, you'll get back 4 96 BND players to build up your team and Vick is a great build tomorrow when ULs drop since set pieces are plentiful and cheaper.

Just need to figure out who you like more from an ability perspective since that is what differentiates QBs.

Since you have several holes, I would probably go with Herbert to be honest, plus his ability stack is really great no matter your play style.

If you do go Herbert, can build now if you see enough players you like to select as the 96s or you can wait until Part 2 drops Tuesday.  Right now there isn't a TE and Toney is the only WR but a very solid one to go with.  If I was in your spot I would just hold to Tuesday to be honest, if you see prices you like on the 96 set pieces before then, feel free to snipe as the new player sets Tuesday should use the same pieces, you'll just have a larger player pool to choose from.

Another solid option, although his abilities are not as great as Herbert's is FA Lamar, you get the same deal of being able to get 4 96s back and FA currently has more variety with 3 WR choices and a RE which you could use but that' about the only difference.

Again, it comes down to who you like more out of Herbert, Vick and Lamar and whether or not the 96s make sense to you to get back as BND, otherwise, build Vick tomorrow and snipe the WR and TE you want.
