New (1 month) MUT player, where should I go next?

Hey there, so im pretty new to MUT, ive done a lot of research to inform my next steps but im still pretty lost.

I would like to do a 4-3 base team as im more used to it. 

I have no idea when to power up a player, Ive heard its really expensive but seen others with a lot of powered up people. 
 

Generally speaking I have my eyes on the following players. 

Offence: 

QB - 
HB - Happy with Dickerson, but considering selling him and grabbing Henry. 

FB - I really like the look of Jason Cabinda, but he's a Team Diamond so hard to get that way. 

WR- Andre Johnson /Brandon marshall would be awesome as i like to run it a lot. Jerry Rice from POTW set 18 is seeming like a good target for putting my 80-83s into (and get 80s from golds and below)

OL - I don't really know who to get, I know I would like at least one fast guard to do pulls towards Andre's side. My lines a big ol mess at the moment. I would have prioritised walter jones/joe thomas but landed LT fischer last night.   

Defence: 

DL - I feel this is the strongest aspect of my team atm, still, considering getting Davenport as S3 guy and would like to get mean Joe at some point. 

LB - Just got Jayon Brown and Van Pelt. Just need a rolb, but not urgently im guessing. 

CB - Thinking of grabbing Surtain from TOTY, he can be my slot if i get another corner, or stay at number 2 if i get NTL. 

FS - Byard's ok, but Chinn from TOTY seems like a good upgrade, just dont think its super urgent.

SS - Kinda happy with polamalu for now - but ed reed if i go Cov2 shell or man, or TOTY Smith if 3 or 4  seem like good options. 

Things I can sell: 
I have 96 thurman who doesnt really fit my playstyle, 92 Jamaar Chase, 92 UL wr jimmy smith, 92 HB james white, 91 Hb's Chubb & Gaskin and 7 90's. 

I have about 275k coins. 
2 91 NTL's, 2 87 NTL's

1  Cedrick wilson & 2 gronkowskis for Jerry rice

My current plan would be to:

Get Joe Nameth. 

Finish NTL and Jerry rice. 

Buy Javon Hargrave for pass rushing DT

Choose between getting a RG and FS, Lott looks great, but there doesnt seem to have been many good FSs released lately, maybe i should wait for one to come out before getting him

Do i choose a guy who's endgame, get his powerup card and quicksell cards to boost him instead of totw/ul sets?

Should i take the 1500 training or 10000 coins?

Always take the coins. Training gets only cheaper with time. Mut.gg says training price for PC is 3.95 coins per 1 training:

So 1500 training = 5925 coins

I would say it's even cheaper. You can buy 95's under 85k, take a look at the recent Tee Higgins' sales, for example:

85000 coins / 26000 training = 3.27 ratio

I have the BHM 93's which im thinking of using in the TOTY sets

You can't put those clowns into any sets. They're NCAT. There's literally a writing "No sets" on them cards
