Hit Man is a great choice.
One of the best SS in the game.

Yes, all of the Ultimate Legends get an out of position card. Jennings has a linebacker card.
The most important thing in pass rushing is speed and right now Jennings has a card that's 237k that has the same speed of players going for double that. Also, once that card is gone the next in price is in the 290k range right now.
