I'm relatively new to madden but been enjoying it, spent some money on the game and got very lucky and currently have 5m coins, my team is a very basic Bengal's theme team but wanting to change now I have coins any help?

Don't sleep on those 50/50 theme teams, that +2 Speed & +2 Acceleration (and other stat bonuses) are extremely beneficial. Consider grinding the BHM cards, if you add all five (even as backups) you can also get another +1 Speed bonus for those specific cards and +1 Speed for Superbowl item. Warrick Dunn 99 Speed RB is pretty sweet, but ultimately you'll probably want to pick up a King Henry or Quadzilla to roll with the big boys. For obvious reasons, the Eagles & Chiefs have ridiculous theme teams, especially of late. As much as it pains me to have to admit it, the Eagles squad might be better than Legends, even.
Although, i'm with you, as a fairly new Madden `23 player... so much to learn. I posted a thread about my team in case you wanted to get some inspiration. Have been NMS until just this week, as i grabbed the 49ers theme team pack to build out my squad, as months of grinding didn't have me anywhere close to rolling out a competitive Niners team. Feeling a lot better about these significant upgrades and having tons of fun.
