I'd say it's a decent team maybe 6/10. Nothing too crazy but if you're good enough you should be able to get some wins online. 

Are you trying to build a bears theme team?

I'd suggest including a budget so we can provide recommendations within your price range.

I'd work on team diamond solos for 99 ovr Pola-Mao and aka new class solos for a free player. Perhaps do your Ultimate legends solos as well. 

As for positions I'd look to upgrade your CBs, Oline and eventually your HB

John Madden-Do the John Madden set. Grind the TOTW challenges to get a free non-BND TOTY player, it doesn't matter, and buy another off the auction house for a target price of 160k or less. I will give suggestions on who to get BND in a bit. John Madden has some good abilities such as:

0 AP Nasty Streak

0 AP Secure Protector

1 AP Threat Detector

Who to grab BND

Nick Bosa-There are a lot of RE/LE's to choose from and I've heard some good reviews from Nick Bosa. Some of his discounted abilities are:

0 AP Extra Credit

0 AP No Outsiders

0 AP Double or Nothing

Bobby Wagner-There is only one MLB that you can choose as a BND and he has some good abilities. Here they are:

0 AP Lurker

0 AP Run Stopper

Cordarrelle Patterson "Flash"-Grind the AKA New Class solos and get Flash BND. Flash is a great HB with Phenom. Some abilities that would be great are these:

Deion Sanders-Do the Deion Sanders set for no absolute reason except for who to grab BND. Still Deion is a great player with 2 0 AP ability buckets. Here are his abilities:

0 AP Acrobat

0 AP Tip Drill

Kevin Glover-It seems that you need a better offensive line, so I recommend Kevin Glover. He may not have 0 AP Secure Protector, but he does have some great abilities such as:

0 AP Threat Detector

Asante Samuel-You need some help with your defensive backs, so I recommend Samuel. I chose him over Perry Williams because he had more chemistries, but you can pick whoever. His abilities include:

0 AP Pick Artist

0 AP Pick Drill

Also, if you were wondering, Parry Williams has the same abilities

Work on the Field Passes to get Mike Singletary to 97, Megatron to 99

Get John Madden to 99 and Marcus Peters to 96

If you ever need more coins, do the 98 OVR Team Diamonds sets

My budget is around 300k right now

1 do your  solos like 99 isiah polo mao and do your toty solos so you can get a good wr

If you have at least 300k I would recommend the 98 Team Diamonds sets because it costs about 300k to do the set and you sell them for about 450k
