Just take your 3 million and build the Playoff, CH2 and or/ZC sets. Sell the master every time to recoup most of your coins, you will probably end up with a 92/93 OVR team and still have over a million coins easily to buy whoever you like.
CH2 and ZC had good oline pieces, Playoffs has good skill positions so I would probably mix it up.
This is probably what I would take as my BNDs from building the above mentioned sets.
