I'd go aka with unstoppable force like maniac, groot or furious george. I'd also look to get a new fs. I would then look at getting a new lg, c, and rg

I agree with Luna. An AKA The New Class pass rusher with 1 AP Unstoppable Force is definitely a great move. Maniac gets all 32 Team Chems so he'd fit with your 49ers team nicely.
Another 49er you could grab is FS Leon Sandcastle. You can play him and Deion at the same time BTW.
I'd also grab John Madden and play him at RT so you have free SP on both tackles.
Lastly, any 97+ WR would be a great add. I filtered all of the 97+ WRs that get 49ers chem.

I would indeed trade in two of your TOTYs for their BND versions and John Madden LT.
I would also upgrade your safeties. Jordan Poyer is a good add, and if you combine him into a set with Beckham, you can get Reggie White as LE plus the other two as BNDs. All of them can get 49ers chem.
