Definitely need to help out your C, RG, and RT spots. After that, I'd look into a Pass Rusher (OLB/DE) and a new CB.

What is your budget? If you have ~800k to spare, get a TOTY player. Then get another one through the TOTW solo challenges (assuming it is JJettas) and put those in the John Madden set. You can get back Aaron Jones and Justin Jefferson as your BNDs if you want to stick to your TT, or get Zack Martin to improve RG. You can get another TOTY through the solo challenges, so you should actually be able to have all 3.

For 0 coins, get Lowry through the Team Affinity solo challenges. The left side of your defensive front is very shaky. In that same trend, you can pick up Nolan Smith through the Combine solo challenges. He is very underrated with Edge Threat Elite and Double or Nothing for 2AP total. Also, pick up Maniac through the AKA challenges (if you have not used it on Rhodes). You can put him at ROLB (or Nolan Smith). Get a new RT (Norton) or a new TE (Moss) through the 94 ROH pack you can get for free through the Field Pass.
