According to Adam Schefter, the Colts and Taylor have agreed to a 3-year deal worth up to $42 million with $26.5 million guaranteed. Taylor is also cleared to suit up Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.

Hopefully he’s fully healed. Had that stud performance of a year then that injury hampered him after he was pretty much every leagues number 1 pick that year.
