The officials dictated the entire flow of that game. Bad calls, non-calls, blown calls, bad spots... this game had it all. This was a clinic in "how-not-to" for refs everywhere
So sad to see a great game be so influenced both ways by such poor officiating

Burrow got hammered late and it wasn't called....on another part late in the game the refs actually completely called for a "do-over" . If the past clock needed to be reset you whistle the play dead immediately. If not the play has to stand.. In 45+ years around the game I've never seen that before.

I agree, awful no call....but honestly , there's no way that punt should have been returnable. You have to kick that out of bounds and pin them back. You cannot risk a big return there. Terrible decision by Zac Taylor

Cincy's O line was without Kappa and WIlliams. That made a huge difference. Probably was the difference in the game TBH because , refs aside, these teams were evenly matched

that late hit call was just burrow getting bumped then him flopping and the holding wasnt a hold and that patty mahomes run was late hit and i'm not even a fan of the chiefs i just think alot of ppl who wanted bengals vs eagles are the most vocal about this shit not including bengals fans

Dude...did you see the swan dive Mahomes took when Ossai hit him out of bounds???? Just because a player takes a dive doesn't mean it was a clean hit. Based on the current rules, the hit on Burrow was absolutely a personal foul. Even the NFL officiating committee said so after the game. Not sure what "holding" you are talking about.....but another example - there was the terrible spot on the Valdez-Scandling play where the officials completely went against the rule. The rule says that if the player pulls the ball back of his own volition (which MVS did) , the spot of the ball is NOT where he reached out...therefore, no first down. Yet the refs completely didn't know the rule and botched the call. There are so many examples of bad calls in that game.....even impartial parties are calling for the refs to be replaced.
