Wish I could say Andrew Luck, but I I don't think he played long enough. He had all the talent, but there was only so much he could to with a porous line "protecting" him.

Devin Hester? I know he mostly played for Chicago, but he had a brief stint in Atlanta and broke Deion Sanders return td record there.

I kinda forgot about him but I don’t think he should necessarily be in the hall of fame I mean he was a really good returner but Patterson broke his record and Patterson is fs not in the hall of fame

True, but hester still has the combined return record, Patterson (who im actually a huge fan of), has the kickoff return record. But hester is the undisputed best return man of all time, so I'd say that is hof worthy.
