Etienne and McCaffery were on the list and Saquon had more yards from scrimmage than both..

i do think etienne should def be on this list but to not include saquon after the season he had? disrespectful. etienne made it bc he had his breakout year. mccaffrey prolly made it bc he got traded to a high profile team and his team is going crazy. saquon just chillin on a cheap 9 win team. still very disrespectful. Yea but CMC had Matt Rhule for a coach about half the season. He would’ve outgained Saquon otherwise, especially on SF

But he didn't. You could say that If Saquon was healthy all season he would have rushed for 1,500...they sat him in the last game against the Eagles.
Would have, could have doesn't count. If Saquon played for Philly or KC or Cleve he would have outgained everyone....he played for a 9 win team with the 31st ranked O line in the NFL and still was 3rd in rushing and had over 1,600 yards from scrimmage

exactly what im thinkin. if hes on a much better team with an actual o line he could have been a lot better

Just for clarification, I’m not disagreeing that he should have made the list. I think that was an enormous mistake from whoever made it. But I still think CMC is capable of getting more all-purpose yards if they were in the same situation. Even if Saquon is the better rusher, CMCs ability as a receiver is better than Saquon’s. And for the record, the Giants O-line is ranked slightly better (but not great by any means) in the run game than they are overall. Saquon is a great player, and should be on this list, but CMC’s dual-threat ability tops Saquon’s imo.
