I only remember purchasing one, but maybe I’m mistaken. There are no more for me to buy. 
 

I think some of the pack offers reset, but not the NAT 90. That’s the only one I’ve done so unsure of the others.

i think people are getting confused by the semantics.  

Reset = the pack counter will be reset to be able to be purchased again.  If your counter/limit says 0, resetting it would put it back to 1

Refresh = the pack is refreshed when the  new cards…

Set 90 OVRs are coming.  The boost also expires here in a few days.  There was no shot that card stayed 2m+ this week.

I stopped doing the BND option a promo or two ago.  My 3 Kyran Williams NAT pulls from the campus hero pass/program cured me.
