Extra points on house rules?

Was playing house rules last night and someone was able to kick an XP after a TD.  Has anyone  else seen this?

Did they lose automatically? There's supposed to be no kicking, and making someone lose automatically was the only way they could stop people from punting in the last house rules. But there may be a loophole for extra points. Not the hugest of deals, but i've won (and lost) several games from the 2 points tries.
