Which defense scheme do you prefer to run: man or zone?

What about match coverage? It looks like zone, but it plays like man. I wonder what's more important in match coverage - MCV or ZCV, and whether one step ahead lights up in match coverage or not

Running match with zone KOs is the move. Zone is more important as the man principles only come into effect based on certain routes. That said, any safety with sub-90 man at this point is burnt toast in match.
