Madden ultimate team won't work at parents house

I have a series X at my house that I play on at my apartment. AT my parents house for Christmas, where they have the xbox one with madden 23. I can get to the ultimate team, make line up changes etc. BUT when i try to play a challenge, solos, or the zero chill special event, it says " "our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later." i have been getting this response over multiple days, how can i fix it?

I thought that intially but I can play other games online, like FIFA FUT, Fortnite, Rocket league. So the wifi doesn't seem to be the issue
