I've been running an Eagles 50/50 team to boost some players, I only play squads defense and it's not a real theme team. After Sunday the only Eagles starters remaining will be Rasul and Kearse so I'm thinking of running a Legends TT. Can their power ups get legend chem normally, or do you have to upgrade them some?
