But in 5 weeks when the last group of Legends drop, with better QB's having come out in other programs, his value will have diminished.  Would be the same as taking one of the 92/93 Legends now, in most cases there are better options available.

Not in the context of what was being asked. If you look again, he was asking from the perspective of having a QB for a Seahawks TT, and waiting for any potential other Seattle Legend players.

Now unless Russell Wilson is getting revealed as a Legend anytime soon, what you wrote doesn't apply here.
