it is not the same for each person. i know mine but yours could be different. for me
small ZC were same (80+ card...not just ZC)
small haverst was med TOTW (indeed 80+ harvest cards)
Small AKA was small aka
Med ZC was same (85+ card...not just ZC)
Med Legend was Ice Breaker (85+ legends)
Med TOTW was Frosty (85+ TOTW)
Blitz was snow (blitz 89+)
Large ZC was same (88+ any card..i think 88 maybe 89)
Lively was lovely (89+ any card)
Lovely was lively (90+ any card)
Lavish was same (91+ any card)
player 1 was Med Legend (Brady)
player 2 was small harverst (Carmichael)
Snow was Blitz (high card, not a big sample to say but looks like 93+)
Ice was Pres 1 (high card, not a big sample to say but looks like 93+)
Frosty was Pres 2 (high card, not a big sample to say but looks like 93+)
