Why did my unfinished business present disappear

My unfinished business present disappeared, what was it suppose to be. I know presents were mislabeled but literally at 4pm PT stuff shouldn’t be jacked up on Christmas!  

EA keeps becoming worse every year. I didn’t blow $ but still sucks that I worked to get a globe gift to not get it. I did pull a fire animation that ended up being 95 CB Megatron but shouldn’t my globe been Brady. I mean Brady is like an extra 100k difference from Megatro!  

Oh well, use to this horse 💩 from EA and it won’t get me down cuz just a game but still!  

Hope everyone had a good Christma, hopefully EA does some sort of make right but won’t hold my breath and again just a game!   

Good Day all, happy I touched grass with my son today instead of getting right on EA to deal with their nornal incompetence 😂

I had two No AGG presents disappear and one of my two unfinished business presents disappear. SMH, but not surprised.

Aye bro I had 4 agg and 2 unfished they disappeared pissed ain’t the one dawg if they don’t fix this its fuck madden for life

Did you pull them or did you just see the names of those in your unopened packs in the morning? If you didn;t pull them but saw their names in your unopened packs it wasn;t really them.

For example, when they first dropped, the No Aggs were actually labeled Harvest. If your unopened packs showed Player Present 1 or 2 those were not actually the Brady/Carmichael presents

In the morning they were mislabeled but they did give people the right presents with the wrong names. For example, if you opened Harvest present at noon EST, that was the No Agg Carmichael

I don't think that person's post was entirely accurate. I got all the presents I was supposed to...they were just labeled improperly.

I had like 25 Lavish L and that's what I got even if they were labeled as AKA. Same for the Brady and Harold ones. I think people got what they were supposed to but there was confusion because of the labeling.

But post 3pm EST I don't know because EA supposedly corrected the labeling and may have screwed it up worse

Thank god I never opened the game today.... can't believe EA has made the worst version of Madden ever even worse on a day like this

They made presents disappear I didn’t turn game on to 6 pm this is wild 2 unfini and 4 agg present gone 😂😂
