Yesterday I bought a couple cards from the companion app on my phone a couple hours after I turned off my Xbox after opening my presents and didn't play Madden again yesterday. Today when I tried to log into MUT, I kept seeing a message that said "unknown login error." Anyone know what's going on? Am I banned?

U would get an e-mail if u were banned, so id assume ur ok in that regards, maybe just a stupid error, try reloading and seeing if u get it again

Happens to me all the time…Reached out to EA Help, but they ignored me. Just have to try a few times and you’ll get in.
