There will be a way to get the 99 without paying for their pack.  I think the price of the pack is a test to see how well a $150 pack will do.  They raised  the points you can purchase this year so they plan to charge more soon.  I think it will do well so it is happening.  There will be more $150 bundles soon.  They may wait till next season to throw them in on a constant basis but you may see a few of them this season.

No. They always start selling this bundle around this time in the Madden year. At this point, those who do buy it are hoping that the Super Bowl MVP will turn out to be someone good.
