Zero Chill Pack “Method”

So I wanted to try the zero chill pack method or ripping and QS anything under 85 ZC. Keeping Stocking Stuffers, 85s and 90s To build more Stocking Stuffers, and selling any Ghosts.

These are the results-

Spent 1.2 million coins which is 40 packs.
I pulled 1 94 Ghost

1 92 Stocking Stuffer

I built 5 Stocking Stuffers from the 85s and 90s.

I did pull the ghost on my 3rd to last pack also. Also took 2 of the stocking stuffers and the ghost the build 95 Julius to sell Cuz I got more coins from it.

From the QS cards I ended with 21,246 training.
I will be waiting until tomorrow to build a Master set with the addition on another SS I already had Then QS the SS for a total of 48k training made.

From the 1.35 millions coins invested I will make back 1.2 million coins from FS Julius and whatever master I make tomorrow (Estimating selling for 700k when they first drop). So pretty much from 150k coins I will get 8 TVP packs.

My final thoughts- I am NOT going to be doing this method again. It is so luck based and the only really I might be up is because of the 94 ghost pull. This is not a very good method unless you pull and LTD or a 95 ghost.

It’s not really a method. we’re just ripping packs here. lucky pulls are lucky pulls, nothing else to it tbh

That being said, I hope everyone pulls LTD’s in every pack they open 🤪

Yep yep, there is no such thing as a "pack method" as everything is luck based.

Hopefully everyone's luck is good. If it isn't, I hope it gets better!

Agreed. I’m addicted to ripping packs and TVPs. Wanted to see if there was any merit to doing it that way Vs any other.

I’ve opened a ton of zero chill packs and every time I have a bad run I’m like “screw this I’ll go snipe training instead” but then waste like an hour looking at the same shit on the AH over and over and realize that ripping packs to get training to then rip more packs is obviously more fun, then I’ll pull a 93-95 and be like wooohoo this is lit, but then repeat the cycle almost instantaneously rendering my previous excitement useless. But I do think it’s better when you get better pulls. Bad pulls suck.

The positive of this "method" is that it gives you the enjoyment of opening packs without the huge risk of losing millions of coins. Same goes for the Pro Star Fantasy "Method" that some people throw out.

Obviously no pack "method" is ever going to work 100% of the time since it's all luck of the draw, but if sitting on the AH and sniping cards to flip or to build sets with is boring, at these these pack "methods" are ways of getting to rip packs with a minimum loss (most of the time anyway). Unlike the 90+ ZC reroll that some people were trotting out as being a method when in actuality you're going to lose 60k per roll most of the time.
