I don't notice any difference with Route Technician on Wr's... why? Is it worth running for discounted AP? How to activate it? I expected it to help me beat man coverage but it appears short-in and deep-out elite are better abilities. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

the ability activates on every cut, so let’s say that someone is running a corner route, right when he cuts to the corner he gets a boost, or if he is running a slant when he cuts in it will also give him a boost, but i would only use it if you can get it for 2-3 ap or have extra

Short in is better. Use that instead
