No worries.  This isn't explained any where in game. And hard to keep up with past programs if you have not been playing the whole year.

If you have the season one champion seau you can upgrade him to Ravens chem. This is the move with ravens theme team since Hester already gets ravens chem with his power up. Also Ngata and suggs each give x3 ravens chem for just their power ups pretty sure, and Bozeman gives x2. if You’re running a 2qb system or even if not, Lamar is the move for backup. I would keep cheap power ups that give x3 in your lineup even if it brings your overall down for now. The speed boost is too much worth it and it will boost your players overalls and probably balance iut

The stocking stuff(Bozeman) and the Theme Diamond 2(Suggs) PUPs are OVR gated so you cant do the power up trick.  You have to buy the full base card.
