Call me crazy, but I pulled the trigger and got the $135 bundle, I had some spare money and wanted to see what I could do wit it. I opened all the packs and got a buncha coins and was able to buy lots of players for my team, curious to see who the superbowl mvp gon be and if he make my team.
Definitely crazy but as long as your happy with it that’s all the matters.
as long as everyone keeps doing this they will continue releasing lack luster football games and continue being the sole provider for “simulation” (I say that nearly laughing) football games.
I learned not to do that since Nick Foles was named SB MVP. Not worth the risk.
To each their own. I‘m not buying that pack (and I’m someone who’s spent hundreds of dollars on MUT this year.) If we willingly show we will buy packs for that much then EA will start jacking up prices on everything.
Good luck, when you buy unknown cards it's always a risk. I buy bundles all the time but this one I won't buy because the SB cards and even the MVP card- first, I run Legends TT...second, we have no idea what team is gonna get in... third, the MVP is going to be affordable once the game is over anyway....I learned this from prior years when I bought the bundle....I. think it was Juilian Edelman that did it for me......I didn't even want an Edelman card even though I like him as a player... but at that point in Madden everyone had millions of coins and his card was like 500k
I hope it works out for you and.am glad for your happiness with the purchase though

Yeah for me it was the Edelman year

Likewise. I think the Edelman year may have done some serious damage to that bundle. Edelman had both the 97/98 and 99 cards. Kupp was good last year, but you didn't have to pay real money to get him with the number of coins in circulation.

Yikes. That one was rough. But let's face it, EA that year were more than hoping for a Brady MVP award in the event of a Pats win.

Hey man, it's your money. People can scoff, but there are those who have their own PDI and hobbies, and have money to splurge as they wish.
Good luck, hopefully you'll get something good out of it.
They usually release the SB MVP into the game outside of this bundle, so I passed on it. If you had 0 coins it's not the worst way to start your team off, although platinum bundles have generally been the best bang for your buck this year.
