My current line up mainly needing help on defense. I have a bout 1.1Mil to spend and need key upgrades.
I run a pass heavy Lions Bunch offense and I run a nickel defense mainly running zone (havent learned how to succesfully run man)
Also with free 95 overall zero chill player who should I pick up

I know you said defense help but hear me out:
Your Oline isn't bad but if you want to boost it slightly, take advantage of the ZC master sets, you can get back 5 92s BND and the stocking stuffers had some solid Oline choices, I think a couple even have free abilities which you can verify here - https://www.mut.gg/abilities/free-ability-players/
If I were you I would choose these Stocking Stuffers
LT - Slater with 1 AP Edge Pro
LG - Tomlinson with 0 AP Sceen Protector
LT - Mailata with 1AP Edge Pro
FS - Xavier Mckinney at CB4
SS - Jalen Pitre as SS2
You have to play either Slater or Mailata OOP but OVR doesn't matter so it shouldn't be a big deal and would give you two 1 AP Edge Pros to help with the ET blitzers since you're pass heavy.
This will allow you to sell and/or QS Ogden, Faneca, Grimm and Wirfs and gets you solid hpw in positions where you don't have anyone right now. It will allow you the flexibility to start running BNoG and Dime as well as Dollar which are great to learn especially if you run a lot of zone, it's good to learn Nickel but learning those others will greatly increase your game.
After doing all of this, you will probably have more coins than 1.1 million to use on defense. I would upgrade your ends, Bruce Smith is amazing and worth every coin PUP'd and I like Simmons opposite end because of free Defensive Rally but you can't go wrong with someone like Lawrence Taylor if you want to go cheaper.
