Was looking at the new Troy but not sure about anything. Any help with abilities/players would be great.

Wait for CH2 to release, we should see prices drop, especially with TVP leaving the market. You can fill in legends backup spots with PUPs, so your LG2, RG2 and RT2 can all contribute to your chems for cheap.
Only get Troy if you are going to user him, otherwise, SS Ted is better overtop at SS so I would swap places between him and Chinn, FS Peppers is also better overtop if you get him and then you can user Sean Taylor who is a beast and will be more fluid than Ted who it looks like you may be usering right now. I like Atwater as SS2 because I run BNoG and like having that higher HPW that he has over Chinn. All depends on what you run.
For abilities, take advantage of everything 0AP, PA, TD, etc. and just fit them to your scheme, if you run zone more, you want some zone Kos, if you run man more you want route kos or inside shade.
On O, I love Identifier and HRM and then I build everything else around those like SiE, Post Up, Secure Protector, Edge Protector, Nasty Streak.
