Yes you can use Deion OOP on offense and also his CB card on defense.

You can have 2 of the same player in your line up as long as they have designated offense and defense cards

Yes you can use one player on each side of the ball. Examples:
- You CAN use Cam Newton’s OOP MLB and QB card at the same time
- You CAN use Deion Sanders’s OOP WR and CB card at the same time
- You CAN use Cordarelle Patterson’s OOP CB and HB card at the same time
You can’t use two different positions of a single player card at the same time. Examples:
- You CAN NOT use Deebo Samuel’s OOP HB and WR card at the same time
- You CAN NOT use Haloti Ngata’s OOP SS and DT card at the same time
- You CAN NOT use Tyreek Hill’s OOP TE and WR card at the same time
