No disrespect, but not a single thing of that is true. 

Meta would be dollar blitzes, and pressed shaded down cover 2 man. I like to run slant post concept from trips te, or pa slot cross from gun tight.

The chiefs defense play book has the most unstoppable blist. The formation is dollar and the play is spinner. Your opponent has like half a second to through the ball
