I got 550k.. how much of that should I spend on buying players to quicksell tomorrow for training to do the playoff rerolls?

It depends on how good the odds are, how many coins you already have banked as a backup if the rolls are bad, and how much you're willing to spend. There will be other rolls in the coming weeks you may want to save your training for as well.
