Byers is dirt cheap for how good he is. Otherwise CJ2K is really good if you’re on a much lower budget.

How much are you going to spend?

I would spend at the VERY HIGHEST about 350000 if I really have to but I’d like to be below 120000

Byars is arguably the best in the game and can be had for around 250k or less. 
 

if you’re hard pressed on staying in that 120k range, probably go with All Madden Barry Sanders or TOTW Faulk

Byars is the best in the game and not that expensive, otherwise you can snag LT right now for around 160K, I used him before upgrading to Byars and he was really solid for me.
