In the Zone Legendary strat cart not boosting my SS

I thought this card boost SS also it says "DB" on it. I swear it used to... i just added this again the other day after not using for a while and randomly noticed my SS dont have attribute boost when i look from rosters in the menus.

Wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of these aren't working as intended. Legendary Play Fake is giving a +1 boost to Acceleration, instead of a +3 boost to Play Action.
