Why does the Nyheim Hines card have Colts as the team when he is wearing a Bills uniform and is being recognized for his 2 kick return TDs in week 18 for the Bills?

I sure hope is the Jags Josh Allen as DPOTW. If the 90+ POTW fantasy pack is a fantasy pack of all of them, then I would like an edge rusher because all of the other POTWs won't really do much for my team other than Kyle Dugger
