I had Jeff Saturday fully powered up and I just refunded all of his PUP’s and sold those. Now I cannot refund the legend chem or even access his card to sell without getting the “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”
Any ideas on how to fix this? Can’t power him back up as I already sold those cards.
I’m having the same problem brother I can’t sell both of my 95s and now I’m missing out on 700k so I really wanna figure this out.
Same issue here with Darren Woodson... Cant sell him because he´s showing BND now... And if i click on the card i got those massages too... I think the last patch was broken... No problems before...
Yeah I’ve logged out and back in and still can’t sell him, so frustrating. Can’t even view the card without the error message
I've been having the same issue with Darren Woodson. I even reinstalled the game and created a new lineup with no luck. I contacted ea support about it and they told me to check my internet connection 😂 Hopefully they fix it soon or do a make right for people affected by it because the more time that passes the more money I lose by his value dropping. I also hope that other cards in my binder won't be affected by the same problem when I power them down to go to sell them.

Dang that’s frustrating. Same scenario with the value of Saturday. It’s strange because I have powered down multiple legends all year to sell and have never had this issue. I was going to contact EA, but they Typically never respond lol.
Happening to me with 87 Jay Hilgenberg, luckily its hardly a loss for me but it sucks that so many people have it with higher cards.
I sent them an email back telling them all the steps and stuff that I've done so far to try to correct the issue. I'll keep everyone updated if I get another response from them.

They said they are aware of the issue but then proceeded to direct me to Microsoft support website to do some troubleshooting there. I asked them if there was a plan in place to fix the issue because people are losing coins over this. Only ea would try to pass the problem over to Microsoft 🤦♂️😅

That's insane, classic EA. Hopefully they will put out a patch to fix it. I'll let you know if it works for me when I login later after work

I did the exact same thing. I guess we just have to wait and see. I'll keep you guys updated on what ea says.

It’s now doing it to Tony Gonzalez too after I upgraded to Taylor Hill. This is garbage
