New to M23, will the playoffs program be the only other field pass during season 3 or will they add another one after the super bowl?

No there is usually the season pass, the comp pass every 2 weeks and 2 program passes per season

There could be other program specific field passes before the end of season 3. It just depends on the program and how long it lasts.
