what are the best secondary chems?

Depends what you need?

Do you need more man/zone/rr/acc to hit 90s threshold? Do you have those above there and need physical stats?

So they hit all the line ups. 

Physical ones youd probably want to look for or those that boost the most people. 

DB strats and WR/TE strats probably give you the biggest boosts but wouldnt actually help the team any since they meet thresholds.

do i have any that don't meet and can ovr upgrade me ?

I mean they may go up with just having it above what they are but its hard to tell without just trying it. 

Since theyre all 94+ they should meet all the 90s thresholds so Im not sure how much if any theyd go up.
