Help please!!!!!!

I am having the absolute toughest time generating ANY pressure even with elite abilities, I can't figure it out to save my life. My corners are burnt toast in man, zone, doesn't matter. Stopping the run Is OK at times at best, on offense I can move kind of well, but my line gets ran through which is beyond me as I have dedicated many coins to making them great and ap for abilities on all lineman. Please help me! any advice welcome. Playbooks are multiple D on defense and lions O on offense. I would put good abilities on corners. After that, I would just look up cheese blitzes and run those with man coverage. I know is sucks to run that but if its that bat it’s the only way
