Atrocious pull rates do not help.  They definitely do not make people want to rip packs or do training rolls.

The odds on these packs/rolls are terrible.  No reason to waste coins/training on them.

Odds on the packs and re rolls are horrible so card prices are a bit higher and LTDs will be super expensive without them being pulled
