I was locked out for about 1 month And never got nothing for my makerights. Contacted ea an told me to keep waiting and that their “team” is working on it. I don’t believe it. what should I do or who should I contact

I'm in the same boat. Been trying to get it fixed, not sure why they haven't just gone ahead and done it. Sometimes I suspicion the "advisors" aren't even real people

Unfortunately, you've pretty much done everything you can.
The only other option I can think of is to DM @FieldGhoul on Twitter with your problem and your EA Help case #. This isn't their specific job, but sometimes they'll help push cases through that haven't been getting assistance from EA Help for a while.

They don't post often and they have said before that their DMs automatically get transferred to their email, so you may not get a direct response back. Just another option I thought of, but I'm not promising it will work. Good luck!
